A Stock Issue (abbreviated S/I) is a document from an owner of freight which orders the release of the transportation of cargo to another party normally in the same company. Or is a listing of complete goods to be sent to the different warehouse in same organisation. Usually the written order permits the direct delivery of goods to a warehouseman, carrier or other person who in the course of their ordinary business issues warehouse receipts or bills of lading. Before the Stock Issue created, an ordering instruction will be generated by the ordering parties (Customer/Sales Personnel) via the order module. Every company has their own way to generate their stock issue, transfer from Quotation, and transfer from Sales order and so on.
