Introduction
Fast and feature-rich, the Primacy 2 Expert Single-Sided ID Card Printer from Evolis will satisfy the requirements of institutions, organizations, and businesses looking to create a secure, personalized ID system. Using a direct-to-card dye sublimation/resin thermal transfer process with rewrite capability, the Primacy 2 can create vivid, detailed cards at resolutions starting at 300 x 300 dpi and going up to 300 x 1200 dpi. The Primacy 2 can produce up to 280 single-sided cards per hour. It uses CR-80 cards and has 100-card input and output hoppers and a 50-card reject tray.

Built with USB and Ethernet connectivity, the Primacy 2 offers edge-to-edge printing and cardPresso XXS software for designing and editing badges. This model includes the Elatec TWN4 Legic NFC EncodeSpringCard Crazy Writer HSP Contactless encoder.
