We do not want to implement a fail project by the end of the project create the unsatisfaction customer and bad reputation for the company. With the invention of the AGen software solution, we over beat the technical limitation facing by our customer however we still have to deal with human challenge when implementing digitalized inventory control system.
Below is the 14 reason why the inventory management system fail in some of the organisation and causing the owner revert back to manual system or seeking for other alternative solution.
