Autotrack asset tracking has extended its usage from barcode tracking system to Self verification and auto email notification. Autotrack comes with features applicable for low value asset (LVA) tracking purposes. During the verification exercise, the custodian of the low value asset (LVA) will receive an email, indicating the assets he is holding.
He will need to click on Yes or No on the email link on the assets he is holding. He is able to update comments against each asset.
For example, if no, he can comment that the asset is lost or has already been disposed of. If yes, he can update the new location and return date. This information will be updated back into the system.The administrator will also want to know those custodians who have not replied or provide incomplete details.
