In the warehouse management system, Last in First Out (LIFO) is the least selected option for common warehouse, it will only be selected for certain operation like cold room, wine refinery or item will increase value versus time.

In this approach of material handling, the product with most recently received in to the warehouse is the first product to be pickup by the picker or to be replenish to the pick location.

This is also the common mistake done by most of the warehouse operator who suppose to have FIFO due to the space constrain.
