What is the different between Digitization and Digitalization?

Digitization is about converting information from a physical (analog) format into a digital format.
Examples:
Use AGen to snapshot a picture of pen written service report then save into jpg or png
Use AGen and as customer to Sign and then save it as jpg as proof of receiving
Use AGen to take a photo of oil meter reading and save it for viewing later.
Digitalization is about using digital technologies to improve or transform processes, workflows, or business models.
Examples:
Using AGen online service report instead of use pen to write on service report
Use AGen customer portal to acknowledge the process as proof of receiving
Use AGen to directly convert the OCR oil meter reading and save it as digital value.
