The Datalogic Vision P3x series is a cutting-edge smart camera solution designed for demanding industrial vision applications. Built for flexibility and performance, it offers multiple resolution options—qHD (960 × 540), 2MP (1920 × 1080), and 5MP (2560 × 1920)—available in both monochrome and color formats to meet diverse inspection needs.
Engineered for adaptability, the P3x features field-interchangeable lenses, illuminators, and filters, ensuring quick configuration changes without downtime. It supports micro-video lenses (6, 8, 12.5, and 17.5 mm) as well as C-Mount lenses, giving users full control over optical setups.
To guarantee optimal lighting, the P3x integrates two embedded illuminator sizes—a 14-LED compact and a 36-LED high-power module, both equipped with TIR lenses for maximum brightness. These illuminators are available in white, blue, and red, enabling precise illumination for different materials and environments.
The camera also introduces innovative 360° software-configurable visual feedback, providing clear operational status indicators from any angle. Built to withstand harsh conditions, it boasts an IP65/67 rating and operates reliably in temperatures from -10 °C to 50 °C (14 °F to 122 °F).
Powered by Datalogic’s IMPACT software suite, the P3x offers 100+ inspection tools and supports add-on licenses for advanced algorithms, making it ideal for complex vision tasks such as quality control, code verification, and assembly inspection.
