Introduction
AGen Food taste feedback solutions (FTFS) refer to systems or tools designed to gather, analyze, and respond to feedback regarding the look, smell, taste, and quality of food products. AGen FTFS solutions are often used by businesses in the food and beverage industry, including Hotel buffer, restaurants, cafes, food manufacturers, and other establishments, to understand customer preferences, identify areas for improvement, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
How it works?
On top of the food tag printed with Evolis Edikio Printer, the tag comes with an additional 2D QR barcode. When the user scans on the food tag, it will bring the user to the Food rating website. Based on the restaurant chef’s requirement, the customer will be requested to key in their feedback about the food. The customer can submit the comment with their name or anonymously.
